A detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, estimated timelines, and pricing will be provided before project commencement. Any modifications or additional services requested after approval may result in adjustments to cost and completion schedules.
HomeLiving reserves the right to suspend, delay, or terminate services in the event of non-payment or breach of agreed payment terms.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ written notice for cancellations or rescheduling of confirmed services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.
If materials have already been ordered or work has commenced, cancellation charges may include material costs, labor expenses, and other commitments incurred on behalf of the client.
HomeLiving performs all services using professional standards and industry best practices. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden defects, or unforeseen conditions discovered during renovation or repair processes.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services provided and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and provide warranty coverage depending on the type of service performed. Specific warranty terms will be clearly stated in your service agreement.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized alterations, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
All website content including logos, branding elements, text, images, graphics, and project designs are the exclusive property of HomeLiving.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
